GreenStar Landscape Management is currently seeking a results driven Landscape Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are commercial landscapers and service clients in Sacramento. The Landscape Sale Representative will develop new business contacts for maintenance and improvement contracts. Sales Representatives specialize in Landscape Maintenance and Landscape Construction services and are responsible to increase the overall revenue of those departments by the growth goals provided.

Duties and Responsibilities (other duties/responsibilities not listed may be required)
  • Generate leads
  • Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs, goals and buying windows to propose value-based solutions
  • Give sales presentations to a range of influencers in multiple market sectors from multi-family, industrial, office, retail etc.
  • Connect with existing and past clients for new and potential enhancement opportunities
  • Prepare and submit bids according to company standards
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Increase the overall revenue of division by meeting/exceeding established sales goals
  • Work with Operations Managers to hand off projects to production
Requirements
  • Must have a hunter attitude with a strong drive to develop customer relationships and close business
  • Basic plant and landscape materials knowledge
  • Must have a track record of sales in preferably in landscape maintenance, irrigation, and construction.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient with computers and technology including Microsoft Office, tablets and smart devices.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent presentation skills in person and on the phone
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Commercial Sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Landscape Industry: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
